THIRD ROCK MUSIC RETURN POLICY Effective April 1, 2018

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition and with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase, and we will give you a refund of the purchase price. You must have a Return Authorization (‘RA’) from Third Rock Music before you can return an item by mail. Returned items must be in original, brand new condition and show no signs of wear or use, including, but not limited to, belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, and warranty materials. Items with excessive wear or damage may be subject to a disqualification. Your refund will be processed when we have confirmed that your returned item(s) meet these requirements. Third Rock Music, may, at management’s discretion, impose a restocking fee for any qualifying returns after 30 days from the date of purchase*. 

*CASH PURCHASES

When cash is used at the point of purchase the refunded amount will be issued in the form of a check within 5-7 business days from the date of return.  Some rare exceptions may cause a further delay. 

*LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS TO EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD

*Returns of Vintage Products must be made within three (3) days of purchase.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED – Clearance items, microphones, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, demo gear, opened software, electronic software downloads, books, tubes, in ear buds, earplugs, in ear monitors, harmonicas, cleaning products, open reed boxes, mouthpieces, kazoos, song whistles, and recorders (anything you would put your mouth on to play).

SPECIAL ORDERS – both custom and special orders and items we do not stock – are not returnable.

ABUSE OF RETURN PRIVILEGES

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
