The Eastman E1D-12 has become an industry standard for acoustic 12 string dreadnought guitars, featuring all solid construction at a mind-bending price point, here in the deluxe model with a nice "True Tone" Gloss finish - similar to nitro, but with a bit more durability & longevity. Solid Spruce top & Solid Sapele back and sides makes for a well rounded strummer with plenty of bass and crystal clear treble. A great inexpensive D-18-esque instrument, punching far above its price point. Outfitted with a nice Fishman active pickup, these guitars belong on stage.
C shape profile, a 1 3/4" nut width & a 25.4" scale length will feel instantly comfortable for most acoustic players.
Eastman delivers excellent detail in its construction including a nicely bound top & back, as well as its ebony fingerboard.
