Crafted from an all-mahogany body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, this guitar has a classic tone that pairs perfectly with the SE Tremonti S humbucking pickups. And of course, you'll find Tremonti's favorite trem-up routed PRS tremolo to nail wide-ranging pitch techniques. Exceptional feel
The guitars such as this SE Tremonti Standard have additions like a thicker all-mahogany body to bring the guitars more in line with the feel of USA models found slung around Mark's shoulders. A PRS tremolo is routed for trem-up performance to get the most control with maximum comfort. And the Tremonti Standard's maple neck now boasts PRS's popular wide-thin neck profile for comfort and speed.
Built for tone
Onboard the SE Tremonti Standard is a duet of newly designed PRS SE Tremonti S humbucking pickups. An upgrade from the pickups on the originals, the SE Tremonti S humbuckers are carefully designed with Mark to deliver a clear and present tone that stays full and distinct with hard-driven gain. The maple neck also has a huge impact on the tone of the guitar. You'll find that notes are more distinct with a stronger fundamental and noticeably more sustain. This setup makes the guitar work great in a wide variety of music.
Mahogany, maple, and rosewood construction
With one look you know that this SE Tremonti Standard is a high-performance guitar. It's sleek carved top and sleek finish inject the guitar with an all-business aura. That finish hugs a wonderfully sculpted all-mahogany body that offers a fatter character and plenty of top-end zing. To get even more sustain out of the guitar, PRS fitted this SE Tremonti Standard with a maple neck. And of course, the signature Paul Reed Smith birds-in-flight inlays adorn the 22-fret rosewood fretboard for that unmistakable PRS look.
