The 2007 Epiphone Special II (Les Paul Special II) features a solid mahogany body, a bolt-on mahogany neck with a SlimTaper 'D' profile, and a rosewood fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and dot inlays, all on a 24.75" scale. It's equipped with two open-coil humbuckers (650R neck, 700T bridge), simple master volume/tone controls, a 3-way switch, and chrome hardware including a Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, offering classic Les Paul tones at an accessible price.
