Epiphone SG G-400 (SG Standard)
The G-400 is a higher-spec model featuring a set mahogany neck, which contributes to better sustain compared to the bolt-on neck on the Special.
Body: Mahogany solid body.
Neck: Set mahogany neck with a SlimTaper "C" or "D" profile, known for fast playing.
Fingerboard: Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets.
Pickups: Dual Epiphone Alnico Classic humbuckers (some custom shop models featured EMGs).
Hardware: LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece, with Grover-style tuners.
