RGA Series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It was produced in Indonesia as a spot model offered exclusively through US music retail chain Guitar Center and Musicians Friend.

The RGAR42MFMT features a mahogany body with an arched flamed maple top bolted to a maple neck with a reversed headstock and a 24-fret maple fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include dual, passive Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups and a double locking tremolo bridge. It is the first model in the RGA line with a maple fretboard.
