Classic Lakland Bass, Metal Aggression

Lakland's Skyline 44-64 GZ PJ electric bass takes a classic body style and to the limits of performance and tone. Equipped with eye-catching Pearl and Abalone fingerboard inlays and a black anodized aluminum pickguard loaded with a Geezer Butler signature EMG split-coil pickup — plus a Geezer Butler Signature EMG J single-coil at the bridge — the Black Sabbath signature pickups deliver the punch and drive that characterize Geezer's aggressive bass tone. If you're looking for the best of style, tone, and performance.

A legendary electric bass — reborn!

Inspired by the early-1960s incarnation of the world's first electric bass, the Lakland Skyline 44-64 GZ lets you hold down the low end in style. That's largely thanks to EMG's amazing custom-wound rendition of the famous split-coil pickup, co-designed with Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath, which gives your Skyline 44-64 GZ the trademark low-end punch that drives the band and sits perfectly in the mix. Add in the classic growl of an EMG Geezer Butler Signature J single-coil in the bridge position, and you've got a recipe for full-scale bass domination.
